Natural and Physical Sciences

AI for Natural/Physical Sciences is an important focus of AI research that uses AI to analyze data, simulate experiments, optimize research processes, and make discoveries in fields such as physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, environmental science, and other natural and physical sciences. It also can use fundamental knowledge from those fields to better understand and improve AI technologies. This SIG will be an opportunity for researchers from the natural and physical science oriented AI Institutes to share their research, approaches to running the AI Institutes, and innovations.
